1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk179 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the tk179 website at https://tk179.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and related promotional activities.

By accessing the tk179 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tk179 platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the tk179 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older. tk179 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all product categories without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the tk179 platform, either voluntarily through our self-exclusion tool or by action of tk179.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tk179 employee or contractor.

tk179 may request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction, tk179 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. Any winnings accumulated by a player who is subsequently found to be under 21 years of age will be forfeited in full.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the tk179 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, payment method, device, or IP address, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. tk179 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified tk179 in writing of a suspected breach of account security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk179 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. tk179 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the tk179 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk179 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. tk179 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at its discretion.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. tk179 applies a one-account, one-payment-method verification policy — withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible.

tk179 processes withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Processing times may be affected by payment provider delays, identity verification requirements, or security reviews. tk179 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation.

tk179 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which tk179 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tk179 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

6 Betting Rules & Game Rules

All sports betting markets on the tk179 platform are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the tk179 Sportsbook Rules document, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between any general provision of these Terms and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules will prevail for betting-related matters.

The following general betting principles apply across all tk179 sports markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. tk179 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by pricing errors.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of tk179, including during key match events such as wickets, goals, or player injuries.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the rules applicable to each individual selection. If one or more selections in an accumulator are void, the accumulator will be recalculated using the remaining valid selections.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all sports markets and are displayed within the relevant market. tk179 reserves the right to limit betting activity on any player's account at its discretion.

Casino games, including live dealer games, slots, and crash games, are governed by the rules of the individual game as published by the respective game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems. tk179 does not control or influence the outcomes of third-party game content.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk179 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment details.
• Money laundering: Using the tk179 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to conceal the origin of any funds.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in coordinated wagering patterns designed to generate bonus profits with minimal risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live casino games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or other automated tools to place bets or interact with the tk179 platform without explicit written permission from tk179.
• Match fixing or inside information: Placing bets based on information not publicly available, or on events where the outcome may have been manipulated.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in relation to a valid tk179 transaction. tk179 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal means.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk179 platform, including but not limited to the tk179 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and game interfaces, is the property of tk179 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tk179 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the tk179 platform without the prior written consent of tk179.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk179 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tk179 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if tk179 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tk179 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service provider outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect platform availability. tk179 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.

The tk179 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk179 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information or content available on the platform.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

tk179 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Instruction from a payment provider, regulatory body, or law enforcement authority.
• The player's voluntary request to close their account.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, any bonus funds or pending promotional credits will be forfeited immediately. Real-money balances held at the time of termination will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and returned where there is no outstanding dispute, investigation, or violation of these Terms.

12 Changes to These Terms
